Refund Policy
Subscription pricing plan cancellations must be communicated via email to Iseehear sales or support desk within 30 days inclusive of registering. If you cancel a subscription pricing plan within 30 days of registering you will not be billed. Refunds will not be issued after your 30 day trial period has elapsed.

Iseehear Early Adopter Program participants can not transfer data from the Early Adopter Program database with the intention of use in the Professional or Enterprise database and software applications. We strongly recommend that only test data be entered into Early Adopter Program applications. Data entered and rendered in test databases and software applications lends itself to a possible risk of being defective and thus the data integrity would be suspect.
If you wish to create re-usable and secure working data then we recommend a subscription to the Professional or Enterprise version of SoftMouseDB located at www.streamcell.com.
