The Leadership Team’s goal is to recruit individuals whose skill sets can specifically address key business drivers that will accelerate the growth of the company and contribute to Iseehear's long term business and financial success.

The External Advisory Council’s principal role is to educate the Iseehear Leadership Team, guide their performance, assist in understanding issues and create stakeholder value. The members of the Iseehear External Advisory Council act as mentors, advisors and counselors to management and they ultimately monitor performance to enhance growth and long-term value for current and future investors.
